Kombucha is a slightly sweetened, fizzy, fermented drink that is made by introducing a probiotic culture to a brewed tea. Along with beneficial bacteria, kombucha is also rich in antioxidants and healthy acids. It can be flavored by adding fruits and spices, which is one reason it’s so fun to make! We love experimenting with different flavor combinations and foraging seasonal ingredients. We use organic teas, fruits, and cane sugar to make our “booch”, always.
